Hitsgalore.com : Is their business model valid ??

Hitsgalore.com is going to become a public company through a reverse
merge with System Communications Inc ( SCMI )
Current shareholders of SCMI will get shares of Hitsgalore.com
in the order of 1 for 6/7 shares of SCMI
In some sense the reverse merge is bound with a reverse split.
the SCMI thread discuss in more details the viability of this
scenario ( which is suppose to close very soon ( 3/15 )
The purpose of this thread is to discuss the Hitsgalore company
its business model, website, etc.. and compare it with other
web companies.
Is it going to be a winner or a loser ?
I bet for the first.
Archie
