into the home through one single source. Phoenix-based FUTUREONE, INC. (OTC BB:FUTO) is riding the crest of that
wave. It is called convergence technology.

FUTUREONE, INC., the total communication solutions company, announced they are changing the name of their newest
technology, NeighborNet to NeighborComm(tm) (Neighborhood Communications Systems), enabling them to trademark the
name and implement systems nationwide.

NeighborComm, designed to be a turnkey communications ''last mile'' solution for community developers, is expected to
revolutionize the way communities communicate. Its leading edge technology provides voice, video, and data via one
high-speed, fiber optic networked connection to the homes, apartments, businesses and industrial complexes in a community. It
provides a single communications solution, offering value-added services for residents as well as adding value to the properties
designed by each developer.

NeighborComm is currently being installed in the Ridgeview Development in Colorado Springs, Colo., with a contract worth
$66 million over its projected lifetime. Companies such as AT&T (NYSE:T - news), Time Warner (NYSE:TWX - news),
COX Communications (NYSE:COX - news), TCI (Nasdaq:TCICP - news), and US West (NYSE:USW - news), have
shown an interest and are researching this new technology as well which confirms FutureOne's forward-looking plan to connect
entire communities with feature-rich multi-service communications services. It is estimated the market potential for the ''last
mile'' solution for FutureOne, Inc. alone could reach $528 million by 2001.

FutureOne, Inc. utilizes technology from major vendors such as Cisco Systems (Nasdaq:CSCO - news), ASCEND
(Nasdaq:ASND - news), LUCENT (Nasdaq:LU - news), IBM (NYSE:IBM - news), Dell Computers (Nasdaq:DELL -

The process of merging voice, data and video is frequently referred to as ''convergence.'' The technology behind FutureOne's
leading convergence service uses new and existing technology in a unique way. A layer 2 switching technology called
Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) is used. ATM is a transfer mode in which information is organized into cells and is then

FutureOne's initial business was as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) which grew from 450 subscribers in 1996 to 12,000 in
1999. This division has also grown to provide value-added service such as custom software, web site development, site hosting
and Internet marketing. With the clear vision of CEO, Kendall Northern, FutureOne has since expanded and acquired several
complementary technology-based companies that are essential in the development of NeighborComm.

These specialty divisions are: Kachina International., a wholesale communications hardware distributor with projected gross
revenues of $1.2 million; OPEC, Corp., an underground fiber optic cabling company projecting revenues at $12 million; Priority
Systems, a systems integration division with revenues projected to reach $1.5 million in 1999; Rocket Science Creative, a
full-service advertising and e-commerce development firm with revenues projected to be $1million in 1999; and the Internet
service provider division now called Networld estimated revenues of $3.5 million this year.
