I have changed my opinion, I believe this company will not follow through on anything they say. It quite likely is a SCAM IMO.

Filings............. nothing, never will be Brian Smiths fraudulent wriiten news release first week of November 1999 said they would be filing shortly enough time has passed.

ITZ A GAZ Portal This was privately billed as a portal that would rival the likes of Yahoo,,,,,,,,,,,, obviously more Brian Smith lies.

Finally oil contracts in China,........ well more CRAP from Jersey Joe (Brian Smith).......... THEY HAVE NO MONEY AND ARE SEARCHING FOR FINANCING

Oh yes, Spin offs never happen in my opinion and if they do the only one that will be able to sell will be Brian Smith then he will short it to death.

Check Antares and Coleville for CONFIRMATION regarding Smith's performance over there.

ANZ now CAU on TSE and Coleville CLL delisted from the CDNX.

Oh and finally be careful if he contacts you offering you a chance to get in on the ground floor of a private company that he is taking public.... RUN DON'T WALK AWAY.

Perry and Jim in Dallas can verify Smith can't get the job done. The deal was I believe "constructing homes in Argentina"...........
