Biopharmaceutics, Inc. Announces Change of Name and New Ticker
Symbol

BELLPORT, N.Y., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Biopharmaceutics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BOPM - news), (``Company'),
today announced that as a result of a majority of shareholders approving the change of name of the Company at the Company's
last annual meeting, the Company's name was changed to Feminique Corporation, effective June 28, 1999. Because of this
change, the new ticker symbol will be FEMQ, effective July 14, 1999.

Feminique's Acting President & CEO, Mr. Jonathan Rosen, stated that ``in line with our previous statements to shareholders
regarding the Company's new direction and identity, the name Feminique, in addition to being one of the Company's flagship
brands, better reflects our business activities in the women's over-the-counter health care arena and will underscore our final
departure from the previous business model employed by the Company. Right now, our efforts are singlemindedly focused on
building sales and distribution and creating value for shareholders through the increase in our branded products' equity. I look
