(OTC Bulletin Board: BOPM - news), (``Company'), today announced that as a result of a majority of shareholders approving the change of name of the Company at the Company's last annual meeting, the Company's name was changed to Feminique Corporation, effective June 28, 1999. Because of this change, the new ticker symbol will be FEMQ, effective July 14, 1999.
