The Company is organized into two divisions - the Oregon Steel Division and Rocky Mountain Steel Mills Division (RMSM).

This once great and envied company have been mired in a mulityear union labor dispute at their RMSM division.

With the stock price approaching an all time low, a dividend yeild at 7% (covered by latest plus consus forcasted earnings), an out of favor industry, it may be the time for a contrarian looks at this fallen angel.
