With all due respect to the older Mattson thread, Mattson is no longer a one product company; its future rests in CVD, RTP, and Hopefully EPI-- The purpose of this thread is to discuss the transformation and future of the company and its battle for market share in the above areas. What will Mattson look like in the middle to end of the 300mm fab cycle upgrade?
