Will 2001 be the year of the great "panic"? Nasdaq to 500 and DOW to 4000? Q1, 2 & 3 will most probably be horrible - the effect in the world markets could be devastating. When to buy?

CSCO at $ 5.00
SUNW at $ 3.00
INTC at $ 10.00
DELL at $ 7.00
ORCL at $ 4.50

When markets collapse there's still an awful lot of wealth created - the people that are short - a no brainer or will other factors stop the meltdown after the "Panic Day"?
