Today CNBC sort of went over the top, showing Enron employees in Houston watching a big screen TV of the Congressional hearings on CNBC. Sort of like holding a mirror in front of another mirror, and viewing the infinite reflections. It was a metaphor. Although there are many topics on the situation, this is a thread to discuss whether the Enron bankruptcy is primarily a failed business venture, or a political scandal as some in Washington would like to make it.
