Introduction Compact
This Thread has the goal to concentrate information on Broadband and Overcapacity. I am putting both on the same Thread because they are inter-related. It is my believe that overcapacity is caused by the delays on the take off of broadband services. This because the capacity was built on the assumption that broadband would take off. Internet doubling every three months and all that.
