Yesterday,Sept 7th, I saw a big flock of robins in my back yard in Vancouver. These would be the robins that migrate south for the winter, there are some solitary birds that are resident here year round.. They come in to eat mountain ash berries on their way from northern British Columbia south into the southern US. They are at least a month early and suggests to me that this winter is going to be brutal. Please use this thread to post your views and observations.
