2. If someone asks you not to post to them, don't post to them OR talk about them (and they owe you the same courtesy). This ought to go without saying, but on SI it clearly does not.

3. If your behavior to me on SI has been creepy and assholious, please don't expect to post here where I am, and expect me to tolerate you. I don't see why anyone would expect to be able to talk about someone else viciously, follow them around and harass them, and THEN expect that person to want to talk to them, or even have them on their own thread. That wouldn't be tolerating freedom of speech, that's tolerating people who want to be bullies, stalkers and who want carte blanche to harass people. If you are such a person, and you want to score another ban, by all means post here. If you don't want another ban, then stay away.
