If you've noticed highly suspect trading activity in a microcap stock just days before mergers/good earnings/etc post it here. Typically i've seen this illegal activity appear as alot higher than average volume the day before a merger. I think you'll quickly be sickened by the amount of bastardly crooks who are given 'golden handshakes' or 'million dollar whispers'
