Introduction Market Data Compact

I heard that Ventritex (VNTX) is regaining its status to be
a leading player in ICD market. Its competitors are Medtronic (MDT)
and Guidant (GDT). Any knwolegdeable soul in the forum who can shed
some light on these companies, their potential, and future?
