CONSOLIDATED MAGNA -v.cmv- has the goods and is positioned for growth.

In Labrador,MAGNA has extensive and strategic properties near the world famous DIAMOND"S FIELD DISCOVERY.Recent exploration pointed to strong indicators of potential ecomomic mineable resources of nickel at deeper depths.MAGNA'S neighbours are currently drilling and a find would have obvious spin-off effects plus assist Magna to better target their next drilling.

In Indonesia,MAGNA has choice gold bearing property on Ambon Island and is currently negoitating further acquistions in Indonesia.Exploration is in process and the Company appears very optimistic of a discovery.

In MEXICO, however, the Company has discovered economic mineable deposits of lead, zinc, and silver. In association with CAN-ARC,
MAGNA is very close to finalizing a deal to secure a producer for the mine.WATCH FOR A MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT SOON.

MAGNA is poised for a strong stock price increase above the $2.00 level it experienced prior to being dragged down by the CARTAWAY FIASCO this summer. (PRICE is currently a steal at $0.55).
