LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1996--New Visual Entertainment Inc.
(NASDAQ/BBS:NVXE) reported that BDO Siedman LLP of Los Angeles has completed an
audited review for the nine-month period ended July 31, 1996.

The review indicates the company's current asset base of $6 million, which represents an
approximate 1,400 percent increase over the previous period. The company is currently in the
process of filing reporting form 10SB to be completed prior to Oct. 31, 1996, and anticipates a
NASDAQ Small Cap application subsequent to the 10SB.

New Visual Entertainment is a development-stage 3-D production company that has jointly
developed a proprietary dual-element single-lens camera system for the creation and exhibition of
holographic three-dimensional media (H3D).

This revolutionary technology, known as the New Visual Experience (NVX), allows for
cost-effective, high-quality production and projection of spectacular, holographic 3-D imagery for
traditional multiplex theater centers as well as New Visual's own location-based entertainment
(LBE) centers.
