Introduction Market Data Compact

Any body know why this stock is trading at the lowest point in the last 52 week. It was supposed to be a good company. It has several recomendation from analyst in the last six month. Just curious about.. wonder it would be a good buy? It did hava a target of six bucks 3 months ago . Any information would be appreciated.
