Unibol's GO2000 methodology provides "impact analysis" consulting to assess the scale of the
Year 2000 problem, to define the strategic options for conversion and to fix the code. GO2000
will rely on over ten years of Unibol's working experience with IBM System/36 and AS/400
systems, through the development of its UNIBOL36 and UNIBOL400 product families.

In a recent news release, the Company announced that it would offer GO2000 millennium
consulting services both to its installed base of 3,500 IBM System/36 customers and the
remaining IBM System/36 installations, which IBM estimates to be in excess of 100,000, as well
as the estimated 350,000 IBM AS/400 installations. As Unibol is the only product to provide a
rehosting path to Unix and Windows NT, for IBM System/36 and AS/400 users of RPG and
COBOL applications, it will allow the Company to market its Year 2000 solution into a
substantial potential base without major competition.

This major worldwide services company is one of the initial Unibol customers which rehosted its
applications to Unix when UNIBOL36's open systems solution was first released in 1985.

Stephen A. Hafer, President and CEO of UniComp, said, "In anticipation of the increasing
demand for our millennium services, the Company will increase its sales staff and field operations
for the roll out of our Year 2000 millennium software solution."
