Introduction Market Data Compact

I've been crunching fund results and I've come up with what looks like something I would be
interested in Legg mason Value -Prime class, 5 star ,large value, average risk high return,no load, 1
yr 44% 3 yr 28% 5 yr 23% good last year with 9% cash.
Two questions net assets ($1762 mm)is it getting to a point were its size can be detrimental. Does
anyone know about the fund manager William H.Miller III he's been there for 14 yrs.
Please and any other thought you may have on this fund.
