Why aren't we discussing closed end mutual funds like HQH?

It's a topic we should all know more about!

What do you think of HQH offering stockholders the ability to purchase more of their stock at 95% of the market price?

Are closed end funds best bought after the stock comes out?

What's your thoughts?
