This company IPO'ed mid April 97 at 9.00. I have worked with their
products since 1987 and have seen the company grow to what it is
today. They develop, market and support a suite of software products
for information systems management. I am a customer not an employee
and have never seen a better suite of products. Peregrine has
continually kept up their products to meet my company's needs and
their product support is excellent.

I am doing what the 'experts' recommend which is to invest in
something you know. I am not an expert in investing but the IPO
pricing seemed fair and the company definitely has potential. So
I decided to start this thread to see if there is any interest.
