Beachport Entertainment Corp., of Los Angelas, Calif., developes, produces and distributes a diversified array of live family entertainment, sporting events, and television programming, home video entertainment, CD-ROM and software interactive programs, and maintains a film library.
They are using the services of the noted investment banking firm Wasserstein and Perella to assist in its search for profitable acquisition candidates.
BEC also entered into an engagement agreement with Blue Stone Capital Partner, L.P., based on 5th avenue in New York to act as exclusive financial advisor concerning corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, and capital formation.
The management team and Board of Directors has excellent credentials and money making abilities in the field of entertainment, including high-draw sports events, ice skating, and other family programming.
President and CEO, Barry Mendelson. One of America's most prominent entertainment and sports executives. Held prominent positions with the LA Lakers, Bosto Celtics, and was GM for the New Orleans Jazz. Presented tours and concerts by Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, The Rolling Stones and Phil Collins among others. He is a leading producer of family oriented ice skating shows for live audiences, television and home video.

Sidney Shlenker, Chairman. Over 30 years experience in producing and promoting international entertainment spectacles. Former majotity owner of the Denver Nuggets and minority owner of the Houston Rockets. Founding partner of Pace Entertainment Corp., one of the largest entertainment companies in the US.

Linda Azarone, COO and Exec. V.P. 14 years experience in the entertainment industry. Most recently as V.P. new business developement for The Walt Disney Co. and as V.P. of Disney Ice Shows. Also former Director of financial planning at HBO.

Robert Wussler. Vice Chairman. Former president of both CBS Television and CBS Sports. Former Senior Exec. of Turner Broadcasting.
Timothy Rooney, Director. President of Yonkers Raceway. Director of the Pittsburg Steelers.
This is only a brief synopsis of a company that is like a high speed racer all tuned up, and only waiting for the tank to be filled to rocket down the track.
They have 8 million shares outstanding and earnings of $0.17 a share in 1995 with a high of $6.00. 1996 has been a rebuilding year and and although they are not yet a reporting company, complete financials are reportably being prepared by Aurther Anderson Auditors for 1996 and 1st quarter and plans are to file for the AMEX within 90 days.
