I am surprised to learn that there is no thread on Hot Topic. It took
a minor beating today, down 10% to 25. However, everything else about
this stock looks good :
1) Net Sales up 71.8% (1Q97 vs. 1Q96) and net loss narrowed.
2) Comparable store sales up 5.7%.
3) Opened 13 stores in 1Q97.
4) Year EPS at 0.70
5) Sales 11.1M vs. 6.5M (1Q97 vs. 4Q96).

Hot Topic makes T-shirts, clothes and accessories for both sexes.
There is one in a mall near me and the store activity was very good.
