I just flipped on CNBC this morning and (as usual) I see Joe Kernen looking like he just came to work after a brief walk through a car wash. Doesn't CNBC provide a professional hairstylist? And who arranges his wardrobe? Is that a SUEDE jacket he's wearing with the tie that doesn't match and the rumpled shirt? Someone should inform Joe that there's an amazing technology on the market known as a CLOTHES IRON. I'd like to devote this thread to Joe Kernen - simply because there so much to make fun of! - Does he look particularly cheesy today? Then post here! - Did he say something which makes you slap your forehead and your jaw drops in disbelief when you ponder the fact that they actually PAY this guy to be on the air? Tell us about it!! I'd like to kick things off by noting that Joe has an amazing resemblance to Larry Wilcox (the blond guy who played Erik Estrada's partner on CHIPs). Not only do they look alike (granted, Joe isn't as buff), but they even have some of the same mannerisms - including that goofy smile and "I just can't believe it" shrug when Ponch hits on that babe he stopped in the Porsche or when a stock drops 48 points. | ||||||||||||
