Here is a sleepy little growth stock with a low PE. Cash America is a leading operator of Pawn shops. Not many shares trade, so you have to be patient to buy at the right price. Anyway, they are developing an automatic check cashing machine to put into convenience stores. Also, they are now franchising. Both could add to their nice steady growth of the past.
