Business Summary

ERCI is an oilfield service company which manufactures, remanufactures and services oilfield wellhead equip-ment. For the three months ended 3/31/97, revenues rose 68% to $16.5 million. Net income totalled $220 thousand, vs. a loss of $70 thousand. Revenues reflect the addition of new customers, higher drilling activity, and the inclusion of sales of Seaboard Lloyd Limited. Net income also benefited from outsourcing of manufacturing at lower costs and a shift in product mix.

Yea, I know I stole this info., but it will give everyone a quick idea about the company. Currently trading a $2.

ANY comments, I would appreciate help digging up information on this company.

Thanks, Rooster
