Earnings revision analysis is the most successful investing style at the moment. Strange, though, how there seems to be no thread dedicated to the topic, and the exchange of investing ideas. After all, without expensive computer feeds and data screens of the big funds, it is hard to catch stocks just after earnings have been revised upwards, but before the stock price has responded. I have noticed there is often a week or ten day delay, providing a nice window of opportunity. If anyone has access to the retail products of either IBES, Zachs, or First Call, and understands earnings revision analysis, or would like to learn, please join in. Happy Investing!
