Introduction Market Data Compact

Would like to get a discussion going on where this company is headed between now and early next year. Recent gains in share price and initiation of a dividend seem to bode well for the company, but can current levels in the 30's be maintained to establish new levels of support, or will we see a slide back to 20-21 by new year.
