RESR has come out with some fantastic news in the past week and looks like one of the most undervalued stocks in the market today. The company only has about 969,000 shares outstanding so it can move very quickly. One 11/6 the company announced they will be splitting the stock 5 for 4, they announced a 0.07 quarterly dividend(giving a growth stock a nearly 3% yield) and they announed quarterly earnings of 0.20 vs. 0.09 in the same period a year ago. For the year RESR came in with earnings of 0.98 vs. 0.24 a year ago yet the company currently trades for just $11 per share or a p/e of 11. Also, the company said they expect to maintain ATLEAST 20% growth in 1998 and beyond. Sales in the 4th quarter were also up 55% making things even more encouraging and gross margins increased from 40.9% in 1996 to 43.9% this year. The backlog also increased. Everything is looking good for the company and assuming the 20% growth which is probably a very 'conservative figure' a peg of 1 would give this stock a value of $20 per share or nearly double its current value and thats a conservative estimate.
