Introduction Market Data Compact

Hi,
This morning on CNBC i heard the news that some investors have
initiated a class action suit againt the company for misleading the
public about its skin care products. Despite this news, the stock is
around 8 13/16, which is where it has been for a long time.

What does this mean?. Does this suggest the firm is sure footed
and has intrinsic strength, despite sagging sales in its skin care
products.
