Bank Plus (BPLS) has been strong for past two days. It set a 52-week high today ($14 5/8) on 926K shares (nearly 5x normal average volume).

I found that someone started a BPLS subject on Yahoo today with the following note:

<Rumor has it that this company will be bought out by a major CA bank within 6 months.>

Any info floating around here on Sil Inv?
