ACI Micro Systems (AMGV) were selected by Wal-mart as their exclusive online BTO vendor.

When the news was posted prematurely the stock went from 9/32 to 1 1/16 in one day on volume over 1 million shares traded. Since then the stock has come down to 5/32 and has slowly rose to current level of 11/32. Volume was 9,000 shares traded daily prior to news on BTO. Since then the daily volume has risen currently to 21,600 shares traded daily. They have 10 million shares outstanding and a float of 3 million shares.

At the present time they aren't showing a profit. The association with Wal-Mart online is their key to profitable quarters for the future. Wal-Mart has shown considerable favortism towards AMGV. When McAfee was going to run a 5 day add on Yahoo's main page last week a link was established directly to AMGV desktop computer which Wal-Mart has on their web page. Wal-Mart directed McAfee in AMGV's direction. Yahoo's main page gets 25 million hits a day. Advertisers estimate they will get 1% of those hits or 250,000 hits per day. AMGV should get 2,500 hits per day time, 5 days is 12,500 hits in 5 days.

Continually one of the top 5 hit sections with Wal-Mart online is the computer section of which AMGV is posted.
IBM approached AMGV and introduced them to their new microprocessor
IBM6x86MX Microprocessor. They now use it in one of their system and as a result of this IBM has given AMGV space on their web site with a direct link to their products.

INTEL has also courted AMGV to join their Technical Support Team and is willing to give them $25,000.00 in seed money to join up. This would enable AMGV to free up resources they now use for their own technical support team and bring additional revenues into AMGV from INTEL.
AMGV currently outsources almost all their manufactoring of desktop and laptop computer which is an additional money saving feature. As a result of all these cost efficient methods AMGV has employed, their per unit cost to the public is less than most distributors in the marketplace today.
Visit their web site for additional information at:

All the pieces are coming together to give AMGV the opportunity to forge ahead into a successful company. The alliance with Wal-Mart,
IBM, McAfee and maybe INTEL is a strong showing that these companies have a belief that AMGV is moving in the correct direction.
I believe within 2 months the Wal-Mart online BTO for computers will be up and running as will AMGV. In talking with AMGV they mentioned they have additional positive avenues they are developing for AMGV future growth. When they are in place information will be posted. The future is looking a lot brighter than in the past for AMGV IMO.
