Introduction Market Data Compact

this company was brought to my attention recently,and after preliminary research it looks way too good to be true. trading between 9 and 12 cents recently with decent volume, it also looks like it's crawling off the bottom. for more information on the company you can go to investorsmart.com

this is the latest i could find on the company. does anybody have any input? any past or present shareholders know what's going on?
