For the nine months ended 9/30/97, total revenues increased from $15.6 million to $45.3 million. Pro-forma net income increased from $4.1 million to $16.6 million. Results benefitted from increased gains on the sale of loans.

Sounds good to me...presently has an ROE of 125%
