Fundtech, Ltd. (FNDTF) is an Israel-based company that provides mission-critical, client/server software products which enable financial institutions and large business enterprises to electronically process payments, transfer funds and manage cash positions. The Company's products are believed to be among the most advanced and cost-effective solutions in the market. This market is estimated to be at least $750 million globally - growing 35% annually.

Fundtech is believed to be in a position to capture a substantial portion of this market as a result of its specialized software payments solutions. The company's system architecture is based on the Windows NT operating system, enabling the creation of modular, scaleable and secure solutions. The company has developed strategic marketing alliances with Microsoft and S.W.I.F.T., as well as distributor relationships with Compaq/Tandem, M&I, CheckFree, Fiserv and Sterling Commerce. The company claims to have sold products to over 120 financial institutions around the world. Fundtech's client base includes Fidelity Investments, Visa International and others.

The company held its Initial Public Offering of 3,000,000 Ordinary shares on Mar. 13, 1998, with a price of $13.00 per share. A month later, the stock price is hovering in the $21.00 area.
