Introduction Market Data Compact

Does anyone know about this company? They were just purchased by Equipment Leasing and Sales (EQLS:OTC) and it looks like they will rename the company Intelispan. Only one release that I can see. Looks like they make internet security products. Virtual Private Networks, and such.
