NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1998--WSI Acquisition Corp. (OTC/BB:WSIAD) announced today that it has completed a merger with iParty Corp. and changed its name to iParty Corp.

iParty Corp. is an Internet-based merchant of party goods, services and party planning advice and information.
