Does anyone follow the "Korea Fund" (Symbol=KF on the NYSE)?

Given that Korea has underperformed for several years, is this a good fund to take advantage of the depressed Asian economy? What are other fund recommendations to take advantage of the Asian situation? Korea and Japan seem like the reasonable countries to invest in for a 5 year or more time horizon.
