Isn't it time for us small stockholders to find a way have an influence on companies. Let's suppose we investors could post an on-going list of poorly managed companies ( giving all the reasons for our choice) for all to see. How about a site called The Site of Poorly Managed Companies. This site would provide 5 to ten + reasons for this evaluation. When companies responded with change, they would be taken off the list or put on an interim list. All investors in the country would be able to see this list. Now we "little people" have some power in our hands. Hopefullly, investors could be alerted to avoid too much of a loss. Management must no longer be able to enrich itself while destroying the value of the stock. Comments welcome.
