Introduction Compact

Global Games is one of the most undervalued companies on the NASDAQ/OTC. They will be reporting the results
of an audit of FY1997 next month. They will also be filling for fully reporting status through the SEC. One thing
that makes GLOW the strongest company of its kind is that it is allied with the Commonwealth of Dominica and has
made an agreement to manage Dominicas Virtual Casino, expected to be open as of July 31,1998 in time for the
NFL season. They expect FY1998 eps to top .30, which is a very conservative estimate.
