Every once in a while, we come across a company whose share structure, management and line of business combined makes us step back and say "This is a winner." The following company came out of nowhere and we were fortunate to pick it up before the rest of the world does: Toparko Capital (TPK-Alberta Stock Exchange), soon to be "HyBurn Combustion Systems" Shares Outstanding: 2.2 million (!) Public Float : less than 250,000 Web-site : hyburn.net Phone number : 1-403-735-1064 Fridays close : 0.75 Volume: 44,000 TPK has been a virtually inactive shell company over the past 2 years, trading paltry volume once, maybe a few times a month. We noticed the board light up over the past week, with TPK posting trades daily and the share price moving up. This was caused by the recent vend-in of HyBurn Combustion Systems (press release below). JUST THE BEGINNING... While most people may shy away from a company whose share price has almost doubled in a week, we look at this situation differently. This is an entirely new business, in one of the hottest fields today - fuel effeciency / cleaning. In addition, we don't even count previous trading history in our analysis due to the complete lack of activity; therefore, we don't view the current price as "doubled", but rather a starting point for the new venture. Volume in the past week would harldy constitute a "pump and dump" scheme, as TPK averaged only 30,000 shares per day! Folks, this is the beginning of something very, very hot. The public has not yet tapped into this company! We have witnessed the meteoric rise of Ballard Power Systems, and the recent popularity of ATF-VSE, also in the same field. Given the fact that ATF has almost 25 million shares outstanding, giving it a market cap of nearly $50 MILLION as of Friday's close, you can see why we are so excited about TPK, with a current market cap of only $1.65 million!! THE PRODUCT The HyBURN(TM) Combustion System is a patent protected device designed to augment the performance of internal combustion engines by generating oxygen, hydrogen, steam and structured water from water by an electrolysis process. These gases, added to the intake air system of the internal combustion engine, are drawn in by the engine's vacuum and ignited, creating a hotter and more efficient burn. The gases are created "on-demand" only when the ignition is on, and are never stored. The HyBURN(TM) Combustion System works in conjunction with other combustible fuels used in combustion engines, such as gasoline, propane, diesel and natural gas. The HyBURN(TM) Combustion System increases fuel efficiency and reduces hydrocarbon and other harmful emissions which would normally be released into the air. THE MARKET One needs to look no further than the success of Ballard Power Systems to get a picture of the potential. The world wide market is worth billions of dollars. Although we don't have a more specific figure yet, we know that the company is has the potential to be much, much higher than where it currently sits. Talks with HyBurn indicate that they are pursuing numerous international contracts, all of which look promising and any of which can turn on the "cash flow" switch. THE MANAGEMENT A quick look at HyBurn's roster tells us that this company is very serious in becoming a leader in the field, very quickly.
