and Enhanced Services Company,Inc.(NASDAQ,SmallCap"ESVS").
The company is based upon the acquisition of SoftBank Interactive
Marketing,Inc.("SIM"), and the 'Beyond The Banner" web ad Co.,EchoMedia.
The combined company offers a broad spectrum of services from advanced
web technologies, to turn-key e-commerce sites and comprehensive web
ad solutions.
SIM reported gross revenues for 1997 of about $39 million,and it is
reported that ZULU has restructured and refocused the business's so it
has abroader base, and therefore chance of success than players like
DCLK and TFSM who only serve banner advertising.
