Are we getting a rate cut? Would a rate cut just be an attempt at a magic bullet? Do we need it? Is it too little, too late? Would it be a cordinated global rate cut? Is that what Greenspan meant when he said we can't continue to believe we're an oasis? He did say something like that, didn't he? How big a rate cut? When? I'm putting this issue on the table for discussion. If I didn't know Greenspan any better, I would think he would rather have a rate increase. BWDIK
