I don't know if anyone else is interested in this subject, but I guess I will find out. This thread is the place to show traders where the abuse is in this industry. Hopefully by understanding and recognizing when it is taking place we will all benefit. Examples of abuse: 1. A brokerage firm puts a buy recommendation on a stock and sits on the offer all day long. 2. A stock trades huge volume and is up 2 points and a buy recommendation hits the wire 1 hour later. 3. There is huge selling in a stock that you own in the next day you see on the wire that a brokerage firm had a analysts meeting with their top customers and recommended a sell. 4. A firm puts a sell or a buy recommendation on a stock before the market it opens and takes credit for the gap. | ||||||||||||
