Ok, the Year 2000 is fast approaching. Some see solutions and feel confident there wil be no major problems. Others see the fact that this unidenitfibale chip that is in 5% of world electronics, will be responsible for shutting down all utilitities in the year 2000. What's your best guess? What's your best link? Do you feel prepared?
