Zindart Limited (the symbol is now ZNDT), based in Hong Kong, is a turnkey manufacturer of high-quality die-cast, injection-molded and paper products that require a significant degree of engineering and hand-assembly expertise to produce. The Company manufactures die-cast collectibles, collectible holiday ornaments and toys. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Hua Yang Holdings Company Ltd., the Company manufactures hand-made books, specialty packaging and other paper products. Zindart's customers include many well-known marketers of die-cast and injection-molded giftware and collectibles, as well as packagers and publishers of books. Customers for die-cast and injection-molded products include Hallmark Cards, Inc., The Ertl Company, Mattel Toys and Hasbro, Inc. Customers for books, paper and packaging products include Mattel, Disney Publishing, Inc., Intervisual Books, Inc., Reader's Digest, Inc. and The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Golden Books, Inc.

For the nine months ended 12/31/99, net sales rose 19% to $108.2 million. Net income fell 15% to $8.4 million. Net sales reflect the acquisition of Corgi. Lower income reflects an increase in S/G/A expenses as a result of the acquisition of Corgi.
