Introduction Compact

Pennzoil like other stocks recently hit a 52-week low.
With a spin-off in the works and a merger of another division with Quaker State Oil company, could we be looking at an undervalued stock at todays levels ($37 7/8).

I am accumulating the stock and starting doing so as of this morning
at prices ranging between $36 1/2 - $36 13/16.

I predict $42 - $44 very shortly and then a run towards the $58 mark.

Any comments ?
