TUCSON, Ariz., Dec 18 (Reuters) - Wavetech International Inc.
said on Friday it has completed a one-for-six reverse split of its
common stock, which is necessary for its planned merger with
DCI Telecommunications Inc. (OTC BB:DCTC - news) and to maintain a Nasdaq smallcap market listing. Wavetech is a telecommunications company.
