Business Scope:

World Commerce Online Inc.(WCO), U.S. headquartered in Orlando, FL, has created an online platform fully adaptable to entire industries as virtual business communities. Robert H. Shaw: CEO and Chairman. Mr. Shaw has spent 30 years in the high technology industry. He is the former CEO of Galacticomm, Inc., President of FileTek Inc. and co-founder of Convex Computers, now a division of Hewlett Packard.

William A. Mobley, Jr.: Founder and President. Mr. Mobley has over 13 years experience in global trading and marketing with major accounts like Dole, Chiquita Brands, PepsiCo and other intermarket traders in the worldwide perishable industry.

J. Keith Money: Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Money has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. He has held senior sales and marketing positions with MasterClips, Inc., Software Publishing Corp. and Galaticomm, Inc.
