Introduction Market Data Compact

Hey does anyone have any comments on the herz and edii reverse merger?
Edii will get a NADSQ listing in exchange for a 10-1 ----15-1 reverse stock split. So we get less shares but a nadsq listing and a lot less shares outstanding.
